- Illegal Use: Unauthorized access to other devices or networks is strictly prohibited.
- Proxies and VPNs: The use of Tor/Open Proxy/Anonymous Proxy is not allowed.
4. Invoices and Payments
- Payment covers the entire service period and is subject to this agreement.
- Service fees must be paid in advance; failure to pay on time may result in service suspension or deletion.
- We reserve the right to charge late fees.
- All payments are non-refundable.
5. Refund Policy
Unless otherwise stated, we offer a 24-hour money-back guarantee for all products:
- Cryptocurrency payments are non-refundable but may be credited to your account.
- Renewal orders are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, but payment gateway transaction fees are non-refundable.
6. Customer Support and Liability
- We are responsible for maintaining the health of our hardware and systems.
- We do not back up customer data and are not responsible for data loss.
- We do not provide support for our customers' customers.
